How it works
- 01
Install call boxes along the route: GSM-ECB BOX or ECB-GSM-CB on any GSM SIM network, or VOIP-ECB where Ethernet is available.

Power GSM boxes from 12 V DC with an optional 12 V / 30 W solar panel and 12 V / 7 Ah battery.
- 03
A caller presses the single illuminated button and talks hands-free once the operator answers.
- 04
The 19 in server rack in the control room takes up to 4 calls at once and records each with time stamp and ECB ID.
- 05
HTMS software pops up the caller ID with the box location, shows live box status and builds call reports.
- 06
Boxes send self-check and door-open SMS, and the rack checks connectivity with every box automatically.
