What it does
The control-room seat of an MCS-II system. OC-DTHS-II has a handset for private full-duplex calls, a keypad to dial any PA telephone, and direct ALL CALL and ZONE keys. A gooseneck microphone version is also documented.

Plant PA system
Paging and private talk across a whole plant, in two architectures. MCS-II puts a 30 W amplifier in every PA telephone and needs no amplifier rack; MCS-III keeps line-powered phones in the field and drives 100 V loudspeaker lines from central 250 W amplifiers.
